LITTLE HEARTS, BIG MIRACLES!

Midwest Heart Connection is a group designed to provide information, resources, and support to individuals with congenital heart disease (CHD) and their families. We primarily serve Nebraska and the surrounding areas.

We are passionate about raising awareness of CHD. Awareness will encourage our communities to be more understanding of the needs of those with CHD and will facilitate fundraising for pediatric cardiology research so that more children with heart disease will survive, live longer, and lead an improved quality of life.

One of our main goals is to expand our membership, and we need you to do that! HEARTS OF HOPE 2008

Midwest Heart Connection cordially invites you to attend the 5th Annual Hearts of Hope ~ A Night for Little Hearts and Big Miracles.

Join us on Saturday, October 18th at the Holiday Inn Convention Center - 3321 South 72nd Street, Omaha, NE. Our Honorary Chairs are Dr. and Mrs. Carl and Teri Gumbiner. Our Event Chairs are Mr. and Mrs. Peter and Kim Castellano and Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Jenny Medinger.
